Continuing Education
We offer at least 12 different day/night sessions every month so you can finish your requirements at your convenience. Students will typically be able to finish the course the same week they start. Students and licensees are responsible for maintaining records of course completion to be submitted as proof when requested by the Department of State.
As of July 2021, licensed salespersons and brokers must successfully complete 22.5 hours of approved continuing education every 2 years. Required by the State in the 22.5 hours of continuing education are at least 2.5 hours on ethical business practices, at least 1 hour of law of agency, and at least 3 hours on fair housing laws.
