Real Estate Broker

75 Hour Pre-licensing Course

Salespersons with 2+ years experience

If you have 2+ years experience as a Licensed Salesperson, you can begin the process to apply for your New York State Brokers License if you wish to open or manage your own agency or brokerage firm. Salespersons that earned their license prior to July 2008 must take the 30 hour Remedial course in addition to their 45 hour Broker Course.

Continuing Education

Complete Your Continuing Education Requirements

NYREI’s flexible schedule and online or classroom options enable you to finish your 22.5 hours of state mandated CE requirements within one week! All continuing education packages include the New York State mandated hours covering agency law, legal matters, ethical business practices, fair housing and diversity. As of September 21, 2022, licensees must also successfully complete 2 hours implicit bias and 2 hours cultural competency, which will be included in all CE packages.
