What Courses are offered at Long Island Branch?

 

1. Real Estate Salesperson Licensing Course -
Cost: $285 (includes textbook & exclusive NYREI workbook) - see below for discount

 

NOTE: Except for holidays the course will be given EVERYDAY, seven days a week for your CONVENIENCE. Therefore you can start at anytime, there is no order of 1-12, you only need to take each session one time. The schedule allows you to start on any day and FINISH IN 6 DAYS. For your convenience, if you would like to finish the course faster, you can also take any sessions that you have not taken at either Long Island location or our Manhattan location next to Penn Station. Another advantage of the flexible schedule is if you took the course with a fixed schedule as is given everywhere else and you have to miss a class you will not have enough hours to complete the course to obtain a license and typically you will have to take the class all over again. As an added benefit, once you have completed the 12 sessions you can take the test at noon on any day a session is given on Long Island or in NYC. Special Discounts for Long Island Branch Courses

To express our gratitude and appreciation, if you start your course in Long Island and upon completion of the course you will receive a $50 credit for you to use for any future continuing education course with NYREI (i.e. every two years you are required to take continuing education) or a $25 credit that you can transfer to anyone else who signs-up for the Salesperson course on Long Island. Please note that in order to receive the credit you must attend at least half of the sessions on Long Island.
