You will have access to a top real estate mentor working side-by-side with you to close a deal. Your mentor works with you in the target location of your choice. The goal of the mentor is to dramatically accelerate the time frame it takes to close your deal. We provide individualized instruction to meet the investment criteria for your budget and level of industry knowledge.
You will have the opportunity to build a power team, which may include contractors, realtors, property managers and lenders. Prior to your in-field training, your mentor will work with you to ensure that all the legwork has been done to maximize the productivity of the mentorship. And after the mentorship, your mentor does not disappear...they will be available to answer questions and provide support.
All of our mentors are active and established real estate investors teaching their real estate investing method. Each student will be matched with the appropriate mentor and peers based on their individual investment goals.
Included in each package is the $1250 Coaching program (6 one hour phone coaching sessions) to maximize the productivity of the mentorship.
