of the possibilities of investing in multi-family residential
real estate. It stresses a "hands on" approach.
During the first session, the student will learn the basics
of investing in this type of real estate and the final session
will be devoted to group analysis of a property chosen by
each student.

- This seminar was designed and will be taught by David
W. Kennedy. Mr. Kennedy is a well known real estate authority.
His book, The Condominium and Cooperative Apartment Buyers
and Sellers Guide (John Wiley) is considered by many as
the best book of its type on the topic.
Mr. Kennedy is also a Licensed Real Estate Broker, Certified
State Real Estate Instructor and a successful real estate
investor.
