New York Real Estate Distance Learning User Guide
Distance Learning courses can be acquired
two ways:
- Internet online
course. You can take the course on any
computer that has Internet access.
- On a CD delivered to your home
or office.
ONLINE ORDER
Select courses which you would like
to purchase. Please make a note of the length of the course(s) you
select. Real estate agents need 22.5 hours of continuing education
credit by the time of their license renewal.
- Place an order online and begin your selected
course(s).
- After you complete all courses sign the certification
statement and mail or fax it to our Manhattan office.
- Upon receiving the signed statement, we will
check your records to determine whether you completed all courses
and send you a certification of completion for each course.
You can use these certifications of completion as a proof of
completed continuing education course requirements.
- System Requirements: Internet Connection, Microsoft
Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher, Showcase Active X Control (free
download).
CD ORDER
- Select courses which you
would like to purchase. Please make a note of the length of
the course(s) you select. Real estate agents need 22.5 hours
of continuing education credit by the time of their license
renewal.
- Place your order by phone. In a few days you
will receive a package containing a CD.
- Install and complete the courses you received
one at a time. After you complete all courses sign the certification
statement and mail it to our Manhattan office.
- Upon receiving the signed statement, we will
check your records to determine whether you completed all courses
and send you a certification of completion for each course.
You can use these certifications of completion as a proof of
completed continuing education course requirements.
- System Requirements: CD-ROM
drive, 10MB available on your Hard Drive, Printer for course
documentation and completion record.
