Now founders and hands-on managers of Urban Address, we were active
Real Estate agents up to the date of incorporation. We have a
unique understanding of the life of a new agent, and use our experience
to make your transition as easy and rewarding as possible.
Technology
Every in-house agent will be provided their own computer desk
and a state of the art workstation. You will have access to all
listings and other pertinent information from any computer with
internet capabilities. Furthermore, agents will be supplied with
marketing and sales materials unmatched throughout the industry.
Higher commission splits
Real Estate is a complex and time consuming profession that requires
dedication and perseverance. These character traits are invaluable
to any real estate firm, but at Urban Address your hard work is
rewarded with higher commission splits.
More than just a lecture
At Urban Address, we provide an extensive 5 day training program
for every new agent. This training includes small round table
discussions about the ins and outs of Real Estate, and business
in the city. Additionally during this week, agents will preview
various properties throughout the city and receive tips from the
top brokers at our company.
Continued Support
After training, agents will start working with clients almost
instantaneously. However, we do not believe in trial by fire...
Management is always available to the agents, and frequently will
accompany them on appointments. This way, a new agent will see
first hand how to interact in various situations. Real Estate
is an exciting and dynamic field, and we understand the need for
a helping hand.
