New York Real Estate Institute Cancellation, Refund and Service Fee PolicyNo refund will be given once you have attended a class. You will not receive a refund for any books and/or course materials received. Upon written request, a check will be mailed to you within 7 business days. There is a $25 registration fee for the cancellation of any course within 60 days and $50 if more than 60 days. For the Salesperson course, if request is made 90 days after registration you will only receive a school credit. There is an additional $75 cancellation fee for all other courses canceled less than 10 business days prior to the course. There will be a $25 returned check fee.
