Who are we?
Massey Knakal Realty Services is the leading property sales company in New York City specializing in the sale of investment and user properties. The firm was founded in 1988 by Paul J. Massey, Jr. and Robert A. Knakal, two former Coldwell Banker Commercial executives. The duo ran the property sales division of Coldwell for four years before leaving to form Massey Knakal.


What do we do?
Massey Knakal specializes in the sale of investment Real Estate in NYC’s 5 boroughs, as well as Westchester and Nassau Counties. The firm only represents Sellers and has a territory system allowing each broker to become the neighborhood expert. MKRS has been rated the number one brokerage firm in selling investment properties in NYC for the past 5 years. The 2,262 transactions closed to date by the firm represents approximately 6.75 billion dollars in aggregate consideration.

How do we do it?
MK provides an “institutional” approach to brokerage for all property owners; regardless of the value of their property. Detailed marketing programs implemented by the company ensure maximum exposure for the property, professionally prepared marketing materials and the highest possible sales price. Massey Knakal provides an extensive training program: Massey Knakal University, which includes: the Initial Success program, along with Graduate, Continuing, and Personal Success programs (which are on-going throughout MKRS tenure). The goal of the University is to offer MK professionals with the training and learning activities needed to develop our firm into the most knowledgeable and skilled in the real estate industry. We also offer assignment to a Mentor/Coach at Massey Knakal, who has a wealth of knowledge in the area of Real Estate Sales and is able to provide support and advice in addition to daily access to the Senior Partners including the two founders.
