In 2002 industry veteran Mark David realized that New York real estate clients were seeking a better way of doing business. He often spoke with renters and buyers who expressed their disillusionment with brokers who were detached from the process and insensitive to the needs of their clients.

Mark set out to change this experience by operating a real estate agency that refused to simply plug into the formula - that has become all too common in the industry, large faceless firms that treat clients as numbers. Our agents limit themselves to the number of clients they work with at any given time, to insure that each client is given the utmost respect, integrity and a level of sophisticated service that was not previously seen in the New York real estate marketplace. He insists that his clients be serviced by agents that are conscientious, courteous, have a keen eye for detail and maintain ever important follow through skills.

In our unique boutique setting, our agents start with informative meetings with each client. These meetings are geared towards speaking with the clients to understand their needs, desires and hopes for their new home.
