- Who is the
instructor?

Gregory Caviness started in the real estate business in 1991 and managed properties for a major developer’s Section 8 housing portfolio. In 2002 he entered the mortgage industry arranging residential mortgage loans for borrowers in New York. Drawing on his experience in asset management and finance, he rose to Senior Loan Officer and trainer for a Queens-based residential mortgage broker.
Since 2004, Mr. Caviness has worked for several Real Estate training schools, teaching real estate to salesperson and broker licensee candidates, and has developed State-approved curriculum for Mortgage Loan Processing, Foreclosure Prevention, Property Management, Credit Repair, Investment Analysis, Loan Modification, Short Sale Processing, Mortgage Acceleration procedure and methodology, Broker Price Opinion (BPO) training and a host of other real estate and mortgage-related Continuing Education (CEU) courses for real estate licensees.
Mr. Caviness was also regularly featured as a radio guest on a weekly radio broadcast (WVIP, New Rochelle, N.Y.) explaining mortgage and credit issues to the listening audience.
