Testimonials:
"I got a job
for a Property Management Company in the
city. The job description is everything I
wanted in a job. I wanted to thank you
(Sal) again for teaching the course and let
you know that everything worked out due to
the fact that I took that course. It was
great to have that on my resume considering
that I had no prior property management
experience. I wanted to let you know how
things were going and that I was on the
right track. If you want to pass this along
to your students to reassure them that their
hard work will pay off in the long haul,
please do so. Once again I can't thank you
enough" -Michael Viggiano
"I want to thank you for
teaching our class all about Property
Management. You did a wonderful job
providing us with detailed information and
handouts on what property management is all
about and to excite us about the future of
the industry. You experience and insights
helped me to better understand how to
maximize profitability while providing
outstanding service to both owners and
tenants. I appreciate you taking the time
out of your busy schedule to not only
instruct the class, but to talk with
students after the sessions about questions
and concerns. You have helped me
considerably. Thank You! I hope our paths
cross again in the near future. I wish you
continued success!" - Ed Rich, principal of
Silver Rail Property Management
This is just a note to tell you how much I
throughly enjoyed the Property Management
class you taught during the month of June,
2006. Thank you for the benefit of your
extensive knowledge of buildings, management
and real estate in general. I shall
recommend this class to all all of my
associates.
Cordially, Richard Reaves, Fire Safety
Director, Licensed Real Estate
Hope you are well. Just wanted to let you
know that I have now commenced full time
work as a Customer Service Manager for a
REIT company Avalon Bay in Jersey City.
Thank you for all you help and for looking
out for me. All the best in the future.
Kind regards, Kristy Minior
Thank you for a wonderful experience in my
first "Property Management Class". The class
exceeded my expectations by far. Continue
the great job you are doing. Thank you in
advance for your assistance and many more
blessings.
Sincerely - JD Frink, Olympus Equities, Inc
I wanted to thank you for making this course
fun and informative. I am usually the one
falling asleep at the desk during night
classes, but you were able to keep me
engaged and focused. I especially liked the
fact that you (and your guest speakers) used
lots of humor to get certain points across-
humor enhances your memory. Also, thanks for
the mini accounting course this was helpful
as I am currently taking "Accounting For
Managers" as part of my MBA. It's funny how
you made it all so simple! I will keep in
touch and will let you know how this thing
turns out. Sincerely, Ada Uribe, Merrill
Lynch Financial
I want to thank you for conducting a very
worthwhile, informative seminar on Property
Management. The students were very
enthusiastic during the lectures. I know
that some students took the course for Real
Estate licensing requirements and others
were in Property Management. I took the
course to learn something new. I think that
everyone was able to take away something
from the course. I know that I learnt a lot
from you. After attending your classes, you
have exposed me to a world that I did not
know much about. You have inspired me to
attempt to market myself and services in
Property Management. Thank You again, keep
up the good work. Peter Joe-Yen, Marsh &
McLennan, Inc.
Thank you for the wonderful education!

Dear Sal,
I wanted to thank you for your enlightening course in Property Management. What you have done is condensed the format that other schools/instructors drag on for weeks. This is a valuable thing for those of us working full time in any real estate related industry. I took this course as continuing education and learned a great deal from your lectures, insight and field trip. Job well done.
Regards,

Dear Professor Rozenberg,
During the second day of class I took your advice and went to Kinko’s and printed the CD. It was money well spent. All the information on that disc was very valuable. I am currently a board president and I cannot tell you how many articles I took from your handouts as part of my presentation to my board. They are useful, informative and educational. Because of your handouts my building if finally able to progress and become more organized. And it made me realize how out of touch we were in comparison to other buildings. It brought to light so many details that we didn’t even consider, e.g. window guards and the yearly questionnaire, local law 11. And yes my building manager is asleep at the wheel. But thanks to you my investment of my 2 bedroom apartment isn’t going out the window by the mismanagement of one person. It also enlightened me enough to want to enter this field. Thank you for everything. You made every lecture educational and entertaining. I wished the course was longer, there are so many more topics we could still discuss, but that is the trademark of a great teacher.
I truly believe that this course is one of the better courses I have taken. Professor Rozenberg, your love for what you do is clearly seen. You do this from your heart and it is exactly what makes you a perfect instructor.
I thank you for dedicating your time to teach people like myself that have no experience in the field. You were informative, eye opening, and entertaining.
Sincerely,
Victoria Heredia
