Hello Mr. Rozenberg,
Thank you for a pack filled weekend of Real Estate Property Management lecture. The information was inciteful and most of all the information was practical and easy to import into the day to day operations of our property management duties. Thank you forwarding the shared photos for the fuel Tank burner, boiler, and steam heating distribution system. I take seriously the information that you presented for each application and its operation so that I can be a competent property manager.
Thank you so much, and thanks again for a knowledge filled weekend.
I work at the Corcoran Group Real Estate. I recently took Mr. Rosenberg's Property Mgmt. course at NYREI. I have been in the real estate business for 20+ years and hands down it was the best class I have ever taken. Mr. Rosenberg was incredibly knowledgeable in the subject matter and has a gift for teaching. In my opinion there was a wonderful rapport between the students and teacher I would highly recommend this course.

Hi Mr. Rozenberg,
I would like to thank you for taking the time out each Saturday to go through the aspects of what it may take to become a property manager. As well as walking through the neighborhood to point out some of the things we went over during our sessions together.
Furthermore, I would like to know if u teach any other courses at NYREI as i am planning to take more courses after the PM course has been completed?
Thank you for an Awesome class! It was presented very well with great handouts and using your experiences. With your wealth of knowledge made it interesting and never a dull moment. I've learned so much! You gave me a lot of confidence and so excited on my property management journey and taking it to the next level.
I will keep you posted on my growth.
Thank you again!!
Hope all is well.
I found the September 2014 Property Management course very informative and the class discussions very engaging. I took away quite a bit from the course that has encouraged me to move forward towards a career in Real Estate.
Thank you again.
Good morning Sal,
I wanted to thank you for teaching a great PM course at NYREI. It was a pleasure knowing the different roles of being a property manager and everything it entails. It was a great course to gain knowledge and elaborate on certain aspects in which I experience everyday.

This is Jeanine Tucker, I took your Property Management course in early December 2013. I have relocated to Charleston, South Carolina where low and behold I landed a Property Management position for an established Realty Company that is just breaking into Commercial Property Management. There is so much new development and re-development going on down here its head spinning.
While your course offered a lot of information and insight and was more than interesting on real estate management (especially I loved all the stories about how you and your father started out and the properties you acquired and the people you worked with - you made it so real!).
Seeing I am new to the commercial management field, but have some construction management experience and planning and development experience I was wondering if you would have time to talk, answer and a few questions and offer some guidance.
I hope you survived the winter with all the snow and cold weather and look forward to speaking with you. Thank you again for being an inspiration and a great teacher,
Hello Mr. Rozenberg.
I don’t know if you remember but I took your class maybe 2 months ago. We spoke a few times over email after. I just wanted to let you know that I recently got a job for a Property Management Company in West Grenwich Village and I am starting this week.. The job description is everything I wanted in a job. The company has their own construction company and does rehab and renovations all over the village… Its mostly mixed use properties and residential buildings. I am going to be involved in everything.. It’s a small company that’s growing fast and it will be the best foot in the door and learning experience I could ask for. I wanted to thank you again for teaching the course and let you know that everything worked out due to the fact that I took that course. It was great to have that on my resume considering that I had no prior property management experience. I wanted to let you know how things were going and that I was on the right track. If you want to pass this along to your students to reassure them that their hard work will pay off in the long haul, please do so.
Once again I can’t thank you enough.
Hello Professor. Rozenberg,
Ever since I took your PM class I never look at buildings the same again. Enjoy the rest of your summer!
Thank You again for a great experience in the June 2013 Property Management class. I will definitely be attending your Construction Project Management class in the fall.
Thank you for the real world experience and for making this and all of your course PM material interesting.
I have taken a lot of CE courses over the years and I think your intensive is the best yet.
I look forward to another Saturday of Property Management.
I just wanted to thank you for the April 2013 property management weekend class. It was really interesting and definitely really helpful for my job and career. Hopefully, I will see you soon.
Regards, Luca Burato
It was such a pleasure to take PM class with and learn from you. Your real life stories and experiences peppered the information well and kept the class interesting, informative and applicable.
Warmest Regards, Alkania Spivey | Licensed Real Estate Broker
Thank you for teaching a great class about learning Property Management. Being a realtor and going to coops and condos on a daily basis, it was great learning a new perspective.

"I want to thank you for teaching our class all about Property Management. You did a wonderful job providing us with detailed information and handouts
on what property management is all about and to excite us about the future of the industry. You experience and insights helped me to better understand
how to maximize profitability while providing outstanding service to both owners and tenants. I appreciate you taking the time out of your busy schedule
to not only instruct the class, but to talk with students after the sessions about questions and concerns. You have helped me considerably. Thank You!
I hope our paths cross again in the near future. I wish you continued success!"
~ Ed Rich, principal of Silver Rail Property Management
"This is just a note to tell you how much I throughly enjoyed the Property Management class you taught during the month of June, 2006. Thank you for the
benefit of your extensive knowledge of buildings, management and real estate in general. I shall recommend this class to all all of my associates.

"Thank you for a wonderful experience in my first "Property Management Class". The class exceeded my expectations by far. Continue the great job you are doing.
Thank you in advance for your assistance and many more blessings.
Sincerely ~ JD Frink, Olympus Equities, Inc"
"I wanted to thank you for making this course fun and informative. I am usually the one falling asleep at the desk during night classes, but you were able to
keep me engaged and focused. I especially liked the fact that you (and your guest speakers) used lots of humor to get certain points across- humor enhances
your memory. Also, thanks for the mini accounting course this was helpful as I am currently taking "Accounting For Managers" as part of my MBA. It's funny
how you made it all so simple! I will keep in touch and will let you know how this thing turns out.
Sincerely, Ada Uribe, Merrill Lynch Financial"
"I want to thank you for conducting a very worthwhile, informative seminar on Property Management. The students were very enthusiastic during the lectures.
I know that some students took the course for Real Estate licensing requirements and others were in Property Management. I took the course to learn something new.
I think that everyone was able to take away something from the course. I know that I learnt a lot from you. After attending your classes, you have exposed me to a
world that I did not know much about. You have inspired me to attempt to market myself and services in Property Management. Thank You again, keep up the good work."
~ Peter Joe-Yen, Marsh & McLennan, Inc.
"Thank you for the wonderful education!" ~ Jennifer Combs Resident Service Specialist, The Related Companies - The Tate

I wanted to thank you for your enlightening course in Property Management. What you have done is condensed the format that other schools/instructors drag on for weeks. This is a valuable thing for those of us working full time in any real estate related industry. I took this course as continuing education and learned a great deal from your lectures, insight and field trip. Job well done.
Regards, Ted Roth, Ogtagon Corporation NY subsidiary of Newmark Knight Frank."
"Dear Professor Rozenberg,
During the second day of class I took your advice and went to Kinko’s and printed the CD. It was money well spent. All the information on that disc was very valuable. I am currently a board president and I cannot tell you how many articles I took from your handouts as part of my presentation to my board. They are useful, informative and educational. Because of your handouts my building if finally able to progress and become more organized. And it made me realize how out of touch we were in comparison to other buildings. It brought to light so many details that we didn’t even consider, e.g. window guards and the yearly questionnaire, local law 11. And yes my building manager is asleep at the wheel. But thanks to you my investment of my 2 bedroom apartment isn’t going out the window by the mismanagement of one person. It also enlightened me enough to want to enter this field. Thank you for everything. You made every lecture educational and entertaining. I wished the course was longer, there are so many more topics we could still discuss, but that is the trademark of a great teacher."
"I truly believe that this course is one of the better courses I have taken. Professor Rozenberg, your love for what you do is clearly seen. You do this from your heart and it is exactly what makes you a perfect instructor."
"I thank you for dedicating your time to teach people like myself that have no experience in the field. Y ou were informative, eye opening, and entertaining. Sincerely, Victoria Heredia."
I did want to tell you that I found the Property Management course extremely helpful. I also enjoyed your teaching very much. I thank you for your time and dedication to helping me better understand all my duties as a Property Manager. I would highly recommend this course to anyone seeking a career in property management.
Sincerely, Marc G. Windheuser, Associate Broker, The Windheuser Group, Prudential Douglas Elliman."
Hope all is well. I would like to take a moment to thank you for the last 4 weeks in Property Management and especially the green building and hvac training field trips. I enjoyed and learned so much about property managment and I will use all the information to advance my current and future employment. I wanted to tell you that I am also registered to attend your next tenant/landlord course. Many thanks again."
~ Aida De Jesus, Property Account Manager, Del-Mar Management Services, Inc.
Just wanted to tell you how much I am enjoying the PM class. Thank you for the information on the Skanska project meeting."
~ John Ford, Project Manager, Yonkers Contracting Co.
My son, Michael Dearie, and I were happy students in your property management class this past summer. A belated thank you for such an interesting and informative class. Hope all is well with you. Again, the class was wonderful!! I loved our field trip to the Hearst Building and to Time Warner Bldg. Warmest wishes to you!"
~ Kitty Dearie
its me Joseph Doctory (student in your January 2009 PM course that just ended, tues and thurs), just wanted to say that I enjoyed your class very much, it got me motivated to dive in into this field. I'm heading to my dad's building later today and I'm going to report on that building status also I'll be seeing you tomorrow for your class on landlord / tenant law. Thanks for everything."
~ Joseph Doctory
Hope all is well! I thought I would let you know that I purchased my first investment property last month. It's a rehab project, but I got a great deal. It's a 3 family home in Newark, NJ. It was a foreclosed on early last year. I paid 74K for it and borrowed another 75K for the rehab. We started demo 2 weeks ago and should be done no later than May. Each apartment has 3 bedrooms and one bathroom. I'm really excited...and your Property Mgmt course that I took in June really came in handy during the purchase and now through the construction. Thanks again for all of your insight."
~ Jeanara Underwood, Sales Associate, Griffin Real Estate Group
"Hey Mr. Rozenberg!
Just wanted to thank you again for the great class and all the information you provided. It’s been a huge help to me and gave me a better perspective of the real estate industry."
I trust all is well with you. I just wanted to give you an update on what I've been doing since completing your Property Management Certificate (March 2008). I have purchased 6 units (3x 2 family multi-family) in Buffalo, with net ROI at around 15-20% each. That, I managed to do with insight from you and fellow students from the course. Your course came in handy when preparing budgets, and checklist for purchasing and finding property managers to manage the properties for me. Since my recent success, I was thinking of purchasing a small residential or mixed use (Commercial and Residential)... no more than 10-12 units or less (if I can get a decent net return). Thanks, and look forward to catching up soon.
Best Wishes, Lee Kane"
"Good Evening Sal,
I just wanted to thank you for everything so far for making the Property Management course very interesting and gainful. Please know that I appreciate all your efforts to have us expose as most and best as possible, from the boiler experience to the field trip this past Saturday and for having Henny Calle with HPD lecturing the class on local law #1. Not an easy task to manage but you certainly made it possible as only a true "Jedi Real Estate Master" would have accomplished. Thank you for this wonderful experience and the rare opportunity you have provided!!! See you next Saturday. (BTW: I look forward to the construction project management course in May.)
Best regard from your student, Daniel Graffigña, Licensed Real Estate Agent"
