Day session - Harris Ghersin
Harris R.Ghersin offers 36 years of experience as a Licensed New York State Real Estate Broker. His areas of expertise include: Commercial Sales and Leasing, Real Estate Appraisal and Property Management, Real Estate Investment Strategy, International Real Estate, Sustainable Business Development and Green Architecture.
As a distinguished Professor of International Business and International Management, Professor Ghersin has instructed MBA students at Pace University’s Lubin School of Business in NYC 2001-2005, Copenhagen Business School in Denmark and The University of Stockholm in Sweden. He has been a frequent guest lecturer at Stockholm School of Economics, London School of Economics and Warwick Executive MBA program in Europe.
In additional Professor Ghersin holds advanced degrees in Organizational Psychology for more then 15 years and has previously served in the capacity of senior management consultant for agencies within the United States Federal Government and Corporations including, Coca Cola Inc, IBM, United Airlines and AT&T.

a Manhattan real estate attorney engaged in private practice.
During the past seventeen years Mr. Dym has represented thousands of
purchasers and sellers. Mr. Dym is a former Administrative Law
Judge for the City of New York and is an experienced real estate
litigator. In addition to the New York Real Estate Institute, Mr.
Dym has served on the adjunct faculties of both New York University
and Pratt. Mr. Dym is a erit award recipient for pro bono services
to the Lawyer's Fund for Client Protection.
