Course Objectives

The course is designed to provide a practical understanding of real estate finance and investments
Ø Introducing students to methods for collecting, estimating, calculating, and analyzing the critical quantitative real estate "measures of performance";
Ø Having students understand the relative importance of these "measures of performance" and the underlying reasons for their importance;
Ø Establishing a framework by which real estate investments can be evaluated

Who is the instructor?

Mark Endelman is Managing Director of US Properties a commercial real estate firm, specializing in the sale of investment properties in the United States and Canada. Mr. Endelman has over 30yrs experience in real estate sales, brokerage, development and property management; and has been an Adjunct Professor at New York University and George Washington University.
