Course Highlights

This course is designed for the
experienced residential broker. The class will examine
the latest changes in the law affecting residential
sales, techniques to avoid lawsuits and complaints,
ethical considerations in marketing, business building
techniques, an examination of fair housing law, how to
trouble shoot closing table issues and how brokers can
further their professional relationships.

- Who is the instructor?

Michael Dym, Esq. (www.closingnyc.com) is a Manhattan real
estate attorney engaged in private practice. During the
past seventeen years Mr. Dym has represented thousands of
purchasers and sellers. Mr. Dym is a former Administrative
Law Judge for the City of New York and is an experienced
real estate litigator. In addition to the New York Real
Estate Institute, Mr. Dym has served on the adjunct
faculties of both New York University and Pratt. Mr. Dym is
a merit award recipient for pro bono services to the
Lawyer's Fund for Client Protection.
