The Internet is the fastest-growing and most important marketing tools for real estate professionals.  It is also perhaps the most poorly implemented by many agents.  Quality educational materials are rare and the market is saturated with firms providing unsupported web sites or poor quality mass-produced leads ?neither of which is a recipe for Internet success.

This 90 minute workshop is divided into two parts.  The first covers the basics of effective Internet marketing, including:

• Targeted online advertising.
• The difference between strong and weak Internet leads.
• Turning your web presence into a listings tool.
• What works and what doesn’t online.
• Why most Internet marketing and lead packages don’t work.

The second portion of the program is the introduction of HomesourceNYC.com, a major real estate magazine and resource site set to launch in February, 2009.  The introduction will cover:

• The HomesourceNYC.com site and how it is designed to create extremely high quality leads and inquiries.
• The Homesource promotional program, including a paid search campaign with over 100,000 highly targeted search terms.
• A review of the resources provided for home buyers, sellers, and owners on the HomesourceNYC site.

The program will close with a description of how select agents, teams, and offices can participate in the HomesourceNYC program, which is limited to a single team member in each geographic city neighborhood.
