This course will provide a broad introduction to tax and financial
topics of prime importance to the real estate professional.

1. How to read and analyze financial statements
2. Understanding the tax impact of property transactions,
including recognized capital gain, deferred capital gain, and
non deductible capital loss
3. Tax planning and year end tax preparation, including tax pros
and cons of different business entities, business tax
deductions and retirement plan options.
